We set out on a simple mission:

To help people live a more sustainable life.

On a pandemic-driven, cross-country drive in 2019, we had a dream of helping everyday people live a more sustainable life. We took an early leap into furniture but quickly had to course-correct due to the challenges of that time. We shifted gears and started rehabbing small, multi-family properties but doing it with a series of thoughtful decisions that people and our planet would love.

Since then we’ve been building upon the idea that sustainable living can be found in every home–old or new; rented or owned; rehabbed or constructed. We design, rehab and build sustainable homes that are beautiful enough to keep and treasured enough to pass on.
